30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us before returning any products. Returns must be approved by our team prior to being sent back.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Shipping costs for exchanged or refunded items are also at the customer's expense.

Faulty or Defective Products

We take pride in the quality of our products and implement quality checks at every stage of the design and creation process. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello@moveactive.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Please note this does not include general wear and tear.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
