Wholesale and Retail Survey:

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the MoveActive survey ("Survey") conducted by MoveActive Pty Ltd ("MoveActive," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Survey, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility 2.1 The Survey is open to individuals who are wholesale or retail clients of MoveActive. 2.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

3. Survey Participation 3.1 Participation in the Survey is voluntary and free of charge. 3.2 Participants must complete the Survey in full to be eligible for any incentives or rewards. 3.3 Responses must be truthful and provided in good faith. MoveActive reserves the right to disqualify any participants suspected of providing false or misleading responses.

4. Incentives & Rewards 4.1 Wholesale participants who complete the Survey will have a chance to win a $500 voucher for their studio. 4.2 Retail participants who complete the Survey will have a chance to win a Pilates Pack valued at $214 RRP, including: 1 x Grip Socks; Ankle/wrist weights; Pilates Ball; Resistance Band; Drink Bottle. 4.3 Incentives are subject to availability and may be substituted at MoveActive’s discretion. 4.4 Incentives are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 4.5 MoveActive is not responsible for any lost or unclaimed incentives.

5. Data Collection & Privacy 5.1 By participating in the Survey, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your responses by MoveActive for research and marketing purposes. 5.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with MoveActive’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. 5.3 Responses may be anonymised and aggregated for reporting and analysis. 5.4 Participants have the right to withdraw their consent and request data deletion by contacting MoveActive.

6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All Survey content, including but not limited to questions and data collection methods, is the intellectual property of MoveActive. 6.2 Participants grant MoveActive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their responses for business and research purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 MoveActive is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur during participation in the Survey. 7.2 To the extent permitted by law, MoveActive excludes liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Survey.

8. Modifications & Termination 8.1 MoveActive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Survey or these Terms at any time without prior notice. 8.2 Any changes to these Terms will be communicated on MoveActive’s website or via email.

9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Australia. 9.2 Any disputes arising from or related to the Survey shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Melbourne, Australia.
